Delete your KooraCall account

> DRAFT for the lawyer. Google Play requires this page to be public. Publish it (for example on Google Sites) > next to the Privacy Policy, and give its link in Play Console → App content → Data safety.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open KooraCall and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete my account, then Delete permanently.

Playing as a guest? Tap Profile → Leave guest mode. This deletes the guest account.

If you can't open the app

Email gaafarmohd16@gmail.com from the email address of the Google account you use in KooraCall, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Straight away: your account, username, predictions, points, Fan Store items and purchase records, consents and league memberships. Leagues you own pass to another member; a league with no other members is closed.

What is kept

Only a record that an account was deleted (its internal ID and the date), with no username, email or content, for security and legal reasons. Backups are overwritten in their normal cycle. [counsel/confirm: number of days]
